DAILY GROUNDS TICKET OR DAILY CLUBHOUSE TICKET REMINDER: Once you have purchased your Daily Grounds Ticket or Daily Clubhouse Ticket order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your order confirmation. You will need to PRINT each e-ticket and bring it with you to the event entrance to exchange each for a commemorative Humana Challenge Daily Grounds Ticket and/or Daily Clubhouse Ticket.

I ordered my Daily Grounds Ticket and/or Daily Clubhouse Ticket online, how will I receive my ticket order(s)?

You will receive an order confirmation via email. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your order confirmation email. You will need to PRINT each e-ticket and bring it with you to the event entrance to exchange each for a commemorative Humana Challenge Daily Grounds Ticket or Daily Clubhouse Ticket.

Where will I find my order confirmation and e-ticket(s)?

Check your email inbox for your order confirmation. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your order confirmation email. IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you still do not see your order confirmation, call Customer Service: 1-800-350-8850 Mon-Fri 6am-8pm PT, Sat-Sun 8am – 5pm PT.

Do I need to PRINT my e-ticket(s)?

Yes. PRINT each Daily Grounds Ticket and/or Daily Clubhouse e-ticket and bring it with you to the event entrance to exchange each for a commemorative Humana Challenge Daily Grounds Ticket or Daily Clubhouse Ticket.

I bought two tickets, and both e-tickets have my name on them. Will this be a problem?

No. The name on your e-ticket is insignificant. Please just be sure the barcode on your e-ticket(s) is not damaged when you go through the printing process.

Help! I am having difficulty opening and printing my e-ticket(s).

We are here to help. Please call Customer Service: 1-800-350-8850 Mon-Fri 6am-8pm PT, Sat-Sun 8am-5pm PT if you are experiencing any difficulty in opening or printing your e-ticket(s).

I received my ticket order in the mail last year; will I be receiving my order in the mail again this year?

No. You should receive an order confirmation shortly after you make your online ticket purchase.

All Daily Grounds Tickets and Daily Clubhouse Tickets will be e-tickets. You will need to PRINT off each e-ticket and bring it with you to the event entrance to exchange each for a commemorative Humana Challenge Daily Grounds Ticket and/or Daily Clubhouse Ticket.

If you ordered a Patron Badge and/or Member Badge, you will receive your badge via direct mail. All badges will be mailed from the tournament office approximately 4-6 weeks prior to Jan. 14. If you do not receive your badge(s) please feel free to call the Humana Challenge office to determine the status of your order: 888.672.4673

If you ordered a Military Daily Grounds Ticket you will need to PRINT off your Military Daily Grounds e-ticket and bring it wih you to the entrance gate to redeem for a commemorative Daily Grounds Ticket. Must show valid military ID at entrance gate. Admission is complimentary for all active duty, Reserve and military retirees along with their dependents.

Please Note:

If you ordered a Veteran Daily Grounds Ticket you will need to PRINT off your Veteran Daily Grounds e-ticket and bring it wih you to the entrance gate to redeem for a commemorative Daily Grounds Ticket. Grounds-only access is permitted to all PGA WEST tournament courses for one individual on any one day of the tournament. Admission permitted for veteran military only.

If you ordered a Healthy Kids Daily Grounds Ticket grounds-only access is permitted to all PGA WEST tournament courses for one individual on Kids' Day, Sunday, January 20 only.
